General Terms and Conditions of Art Senger
The website contains details which enable potential customers to familiarize themselves with the most important characteristics of the artworks. However, the photographic reproductions may differ from the originals. In particular, differences in the colors caused by digitalization cannot be completely avoided. Art Senger accepts no liability in this respect.
These General Terms and Conditions shall be considered accepted by the Customer when the Customer sends an order.
Order/Purchase
To place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements, or must have obtained the consent of his or her legal representative in advance.
The Customer accepts to make an advanced payment by bank transferPayPal or Bitcoin (BTC).

Delivery
Delivery through FedEx Switzerland within 7 working days after payment of the ordered artwork.
Defects and Warranty
Art Senger warrants to the Customer that the artwork is undamaged.
The Customer undertakes to inspect the artwork for any defects immediately upon receipt and to report any defects to Art Senger within seven days after receipt. If the Customer fails to do so, the order shall be considered accepted.
If a defect exists, the Customer shall be entitled to a substitute delivery of another artwork.
Intellectual Property
The published contents of the website are the intellectual property of Art Senger. These contents may be used for the purpose of order processing. All other use by the Customer is prohibited.
Data Protection
The Customer is aware that the transmission of data over the Internet is unfortunately not completely secure and transmits his or her data at his or her own risk.
